Frequently asked

Questions families ask before the first call.

If your question is personal to the student’s profile, bring it to the consultation rather than relying on a general answer.

Is the first profile consultation really free?

Yes. The first conversation is designed to understand the student’s starting point and identify sensible next steps. Any paid scope is discussed transparently afterward.

What happens after the free consultation?

If ongoing support would help, Aary will explain the recommended scope, deliverables, timeline and fee before you decide. There is no obligation to purchase.

Do you guarantee admission or a Student’s Pass?

No. Institutions make admission decisions and ICA decides Student’s Pass applications. Lionbridge Consultancy Services supports preparation and process clarity but does not guarantee outcomes.

Can parents join the virtual meeting?

Absolutely. Financial, safety and progression decisions often involve the whole family, so parents are encouraged to participate.

Can international students work part-time in Singapore?

Aary will help eligible students identify suitable part-time opportunities and prepare a responsible job search in Singapore. Any work must follow MOM conditions; qualifying full-time Student’s Pass holders at approved institutions may work up to 16 hours weekly during term or in qualifying course-linked attachments. Opportunities and placement cannot be guaranteed.

Is the Tuition Grant or HESL guaranteed?

No. Eligibility depends on the programme, institution, student and current scheme terms. The Tuition Grant can include a three-year bond for international students, and loans have their own assessment and guarantor requirements.
